Winter Training Begins
The Ottawa-Nepean Canadians are looking forward to having a successful 2008 season, starting with our annual winter camps at the Bell Sensplex.
The Ottawa-Nepean Canadians are now accepting registration for indoor workouts. Registration includes twice-weekly workouts through mid-April, Sunday mornings at the Sensplex and Tuesday nights at the West Ottawa Hyundai Superdome on Hunt Club Road and Greenbank. Sign up now as space could be limited. Fee is $350.
