2008 Schedule Announced
The Ottawa-Nepean Canadians will open the 2008 Premier Baseball League of Ontario regular-season schedule April 26th against Team Ontario.
The Canadians' 18U team will play a 36-game regular-season schedule over nine weekends against such Ontario powerhouses as the London Badgers, Ontario Blue Jays, the defending Ontario midget AAA champion Toronto Mets, Oakville Royals, Niagara Rebels, Inter-County Terriers and Canadian Thunderbirds in Eastern Canada's top youth baseball league.
The Canadians' 16U team will open its regular-season schedule one week later, on the weekend of May 3-4, when they play host to the Ontario Blue Jays at Hamilton Yards at the Nepean Sportsplex. The Canadians 16U will play a 28-game regular-season schedule against the Blue Jays, London, Team Toronto, Oakville, Canadian Thunderbirds, Team Ontario and Inter-County.
