About ONC
Since 1970, the Ottawa Nepean Canadians Baseball Club has provided talented players in the Ottawa area with the opportunity to play a high calibre of competitive baseball. We currently offer top-level 15 -18 year old players a program to develop and hone their skills, enabling them to continue on as scholar-athletes or at the professional level. Graduates of our program have achieved success professionally, on our national team, and at universities and colleges across Canada and U.S.A.
ONC currently fields two teams, 18U and 16U, with a schedule designed to provide appropriate competition and exposure for these top players. We compete in league play in the Premier Baseball League of Ontario (PBLO), the only elite baseball league in Ontario. In addition to that rigorous schedule, the teams play in a number of prestigious and showcase tournaments in Canada and the United States.
With the generous support of the Ottawa Nepean Canadians Sports Club, the baseball club operates as a not-for-profit organization run solely by dedicated volunteers. We engage in selected fundraising activities to help keep fees affordable.
